Based in Chicago, Illinois, Seminary Properties and Management, Ltd. is a family owned and operated management company with a hands-on approach to property management. Since opening more than 40 years ago, Seminary Properties and Management, Ltd. has expanded to rent properties in Chicago’s North Side neighborhoods.

When it was first founded, the company’s owner performed most of the maintenance on the properties, including changing light bulbs, cleaning the halls, and mowing the lawn. In 1998, a new generation of family members assumed responsibility, establishing a full-time maintenance team that now oversees ongoing repairs and property improvements. Many of team members reside in the company’s buildings. Renters can lease apartments in Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Andersonville, Roscoe Village, Wicker Park, Sheridan/Buena Park, Lincoln Square, Albany Park, Edgewater, and North Center.

The company is actively involved in the community and regularly contributes to charitable causes. Most recently, it has donated to organizations such as LaSalle Language Academy, Hamlin Park Youth Baseball, and the Lakeview Low Line.
